One-author registration deadline
At least one author per accepted submission (paper, work-in-progress, poster, symposium or workshops) must be registered by April 21, 2023, otherwise will be removed from the conference program.
Changes in conference attendance type
Authors may change their attendance from virtual to in-person and vice versa until May 5, 2023. Please contact conference@asac.ca.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted by email to conference@asac.ca no later than May 24, 2023. Refund requests received on or before this date will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after June 3, 2022 or for people who fail to attend the conference.
