Early Bird – deadline April 30, 2021
Even though we are a virtual conference again, we want you to have the complete conference experience. Including registration goodies! All Canadian and US participants registering before the early bird deadline have the option to receive the registration package.
- Canadian addresses – shipping included
- US addresses – there is a $40 shipping surcharge (please make sure to select this below)
Unfortunately, due to the prohibitive cost and shipping time of international mail we are unable to provide this option to our members outside of North America.
EURAM conference discount
ASAC members attending both ASAC 2021 virtual conference and the EURAM 2021 online conference can benefit from a 15% discount on the registration fees for the EURAM conference. A discount code for use in registering for the EURAM conference will be sent with your ASAC registration confirmation email.
Refunds
All requests for the refunds of registration fees must be made in writing by email to conference@asac.ca. Requests received on or before June 10, 2021 will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after June 10, 2021 or for people who fail to attend the virtual conference.
