Ce faisant, nous risquons de perdre de vue notre monde interne et nos aspects \u00e9motionnels et intuitifs. Comprendre notre \u00ab th\u00e9\u00e2tre int\u00e9rieur \u00bb est essentiel, mais aussi un d\u00e9fi croissant, charg\u00e9 d\u2019embuches et d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9s. Dans cet entretien, Manfred F. R. Kets de Vries explore le besoin essentiel de d\u00e9velopper notre compr\u00e9hension de soi ainsi que les difficult\u00e9s pour y parvenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre discussion portera sur quelques-unes des impulsions les plus sombres ayant pris de l\u2019importance ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, et qui ont particuli\u00e8rement pris les devants en 2020. Nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chirons \u00e0 la lutte et au d\u00e9fi que les gestionnaires et leaders (et universitaires) ont connus non seulement en rapport avec les perturbations v\u00e9cues dans les exp\u00e9riences de travail en raison de la pand\u00e9mie, mais aussi dans leur vie personnelle, influen\u00e7ant les relations et les connexions avec les individus, les communaut\u00e9s et l\u2019humanit\u00e9. Nous aborderons aussi les sentiments de frustration, de perte, de col\u00e8re, de stress, de d\u00e9pression et de d\u00e9sespoir que cette ann\u00e9e a exacerb\u00e9s, et comment donner une voix et un espace afin de les consid\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dans nos vies. Finalement, nous examinerons ce qu\u2019une compr\u00e9hension du monde interne et du th\u00e9\u00e2tre int\u00e9rieur de nos vies peut offrir aux enseignants en gestion dans le cadre de leurs recherches; pas seulement comment cela peut influencer leurs approches de recherche, mais \u00e9galement comment cela fa\u00e7onne ce qui est \u00e9tudi\u00e9 et, en particulier, comment nous pouvons connecter, communiquer, diffuser et d\u00e9montrer la pertinence de nos recherches dans le monde.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr Manfred F.R.
