L\u2019\u00c9cole des Sciences de la Gestion (ESG) est la plus grande facult\u00e9 de l\u2019UQAM. L\u2019ESG compte plus de 275 professeures, professeurs et 46 unit\u00e9s de recherche. Le D\u00e9partement d\u2019organisation et ressources humaines de l\u2019ESG regroupe 51 professeures, professeurs provenant de champs et de disciplines vari\u00e9s tels que la gestion des ressources humaines, le comportement organisationnel, les relations du travail, la psychologie industrielle et organisationnelle, la sociologie du travail, la sant\u00e9-s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, l\u2019\u00e9conomie, le d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel et la gestion des entreprises sociales et collectives. Les travaux de ses membres dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines sont reconnus \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale dans la communaut\u00e9 scientifique et parmi les acteurs sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION : La gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) englobe plusieurs expertises et demande une grande versatilit\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rentes sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de la GRH.
