THE UNIVERSITY OF LETHBRIDGE is seeking applications for one continuing appointment at the rank of Instructor III on our Lethbridge Campus beginning July 2019. Candidates must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in human resources management, labour relations, organizational behavior or a related discipline. The applicant must also have a demonstrated ability to provide innovative and effective teaching. Industry experience is an asset, but not required. The successful candidate will be required to teach classes such as compensation and benefits, training and development, staffing, labour relations and managerial skills development. Full-time instructors normally teach 7 courses per year and are expected to provide service to the University through participation on committees and other academic activities.
