The Commerce Department at Mount Allison University invites applications for a full-time three year term position in Commerce. The successful candidate will teach courses in finance, (i.e., Introduction to Finance, Investment Management and Venture Capital and Financial Innovation) although they may also contribute to teaching in other areas of management. They will also pursue an active research program while employing innovative pedagogical approaches, developing new courses, and contributing to the wider academic and professional community.
The appointment will commence on July 1, 2019, subject to budgetary approval. Candidates must have a research interest and a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate students. The preferred candidate will have a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Finance.
