THE UNIVERSITY OF LETHBRIDGE is seeking applications for one tenure track position at the Assistant Professor rank in HR/LR/OB on our Lethbridge Campus beginning January or July 2019. The successful candidate will be required to teach classes such as compensation and benefits, training and development, staffing, labour relations and managerial skills development. Candidates should possess a PhD in human resources management, labour relations, organizational behavior or a related discipline before the anticipated start date, but highly qualified ABD candidates will be considered. The applicant must have a demonstrated ability to conduct high quality academic research and a commitment to innovative and effective teaching.
