The Department of Human Resources Management is home to 15 professors involved in several research infrastructures including the Interuniversity Research Centre on Globalization and Work (CRIMT), the Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en analyse des organisations (Interuniversity Centre for Research in Analysis of Organizations, CIRANO), the Chair in Mobilization of Individuals, Groups and Organizations, the International observatory on the societal impacts of AI and digital technology (OBVIA), the Health Care Management Hub and the Sport Management Hub.

The requirements of the position are as follows:
– Candidates must either have a Ph.D., or be near completion of a Ph.D. in human resources management or a related discipline.
– Teaching excellence is required, as is an interest in developing teaching tools.
– The ability to teach in French within a maximum time frame of two years from the start date.
– A strong aptitude for research and a marked interest in publication; recent conference papers and academic publications will attest to this ability.

The file must also include a resume, one or two samples of research papers, student evaluations (if available) and at least one letter of reference.
