As we approach the March 5 submission deadline for the conference, I would like to invite you to a virtual touch base session to connect and discuss some of the details and steps to make sure everyone is well-prepared for this next stage in the process.

What: I will provide you a bit of an update on our planning process for the conference and discuss next steps moving into the post-submission deadline activities. We will have a bit of time for a Q&A, so if you have any questions or thoughts, please come with those!
