We provide our professors with the environment and resources they need to advance their research, state-of-the-art technological infrastructures, unequalled support in the design and delivery of training programs, pedagogical advisory services regarding the use of learning technology, experimentation labs, and opportunities to interact and collaborate with various stakeholders in the business world.
Research and/or teaching preferably in the areas of marketing communications, retailing and sales management, digital marketing, marketing analytics, international marketing, and the application of artificial intelligence to marketing;
– Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses;
– Supervise graduate students;
– Participation in teaching and administrative activities of the Department and the Faculty;
– Participation in academic activities, off-campus and abroad, that contribute to the visibility of the University and the Faculty.
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
– Hold a Ph. D. in Business Administration (preferably in Marketing). Doctoral students with significant progress towards their degree (i.e., ABD) and candidates with a Ph.D. from a related discipline will also be considered;
– Ability to conduct research leading to publications in high-ranking journals;
– Ability to teach university-level courses;
– Ability to teach in French and English. Candidates who are not fluent in French at hiring are expected to be able to teach in French within three years of hiring;
– Research and/or teaching profile related to the priority areas outlined in the position description.
Hiring and Treatment Conditions
